Join me for a gentle yoga practice on the lawn and under the trees at the beautiful Blue Boar Inn in Midway, Utah.  Come  few minutes early to get setttled and enjoy the sounds of the surrounding, natural setting. After our practice, we'll enjoy beautiful citrus water and the opportunity for conversation together! You may want to consider staying at the Blue Boar for their fabulous dinner offerings as well ---maybe have someone drop you off for yoga and meet you afterward for an early meal in their lovely restaurant!
