Join 200-hr RYT Yoga Instructor and volunteer, Marty Harger, for a yoga series intended to bring more grounding and less stress to your week. We’ll learn gentle movement connected to breathwork, mindful awareness and meditation as practices you can incorporate at home to stay calm and well.
