Rise and SHINE! Registration is open for my next SUNRISE YOGA in the LABYRINTH - Wednesday morning, August 2nd. Limited space available, so sign up right away if you're interested! Experience an outdoor yoga practice at sunrise by my labyrinth in Heber City, overlooking Mount Timpanogos. During the gentle practice I will lead to start your day, you'll take in the fresh air, sounds of nature, incredible valley views and meet new friends.
