Gentle yoga, light breakfast and an opportunity for a private labyrinth walk. Experience an outdoor yoga practice at sunrise by the private labyrinth I created in Heber City, overlooking Mount Timpanogos. During the gentle practice I will lead to start your day, you'll take in the fresh air, sounds of nature, incredible valley views and meet new friends. After practice, I'll serve a light breakfast with coffee and tea. FREE SUNRISE YOGA PRACTICE IN THE LABYRINTH TO GREET THE SUMMER SOLSTICE! Join me on Wednesday, June 21 for an early morning, gentle yoga practice in my labyrinth overlooking the Heber Valley and Mount Timpanogos. We will greet the sun and welcome the Summer Solstice.  It’s a beautiful setting to gather EARLY (sunrise is actually 5:55am that day!) and greet the new season together. Bring a crystal or stone to leave for the labyrinth walkers, and your yoga mat to place on the earth surrounding the labyrinth.
