FREE SUNRISE YOGA PRACTICE IN THE LABYRINTH TO GREET THE SUMMER SOLSTICE! Join me on Wednesday, June 21 for an early morning, gentle yoga practice in my labyrinth overlooking the Heber Valley and Mount Timpanogos. We will greet the sun and welcome the Summer Solstice. It’s a beautiful setting to gather EARLY (sunrise is actually 5:55am that day!) and greet the new season together.
Bring a crystal or stone to leave for the labyrinth walkers, and your yoga mat to place on the earth surrounding the labyrinth.
Coffee and tea served after practice. RSVP “Going” by emailing me at martyharger1@gmail.com. I will return with email directions and the gate code to get to my home on the 20th – so please watch for that info on your EMAIL.
NOTE: My home is 15 minutes drive east of Heber’s Main Street. Please plan to arrive by 5:45 am to park and get settled for yoga practice at 6:00 am sunrise. My driveway is steep, so you may need to park on the street below and walk up with your yoga mat :-)
