The finished design can be hung in a bedroom or place where dreaming and thoughts occur to protect against evil or bad dreams that can be caught in the web. This allows good thoughts\, hope and positive energy to flow through the holes between webbing and into the lives of those who sleep or sit near them. Making your own dreamcatcher allows you to create a symbol of hope and peace for your home. \nGathering as a group\, we’ll use a variety of natural materials to create our own unique dreamcatcher with Susy’s guidance. SUMMARY:July 3 Sunrise Yoga in the Labyrinth
DESCRIPTION:Experience an outdoor yoga practice at sunrise by the private labyrinth I created in Heber City\, overlooking Mount Timpanogos. During the gentle practice I will lead to start your day\, you’ll take in the fresh air\, sounds of nature\, incredible valley views and meet new friends. After practice\, I’ll serve a light breakfast with coffee and tea. Then take this opportunity to enjoy a silent\, walking meditation in my labyrinth\, alone\, to receive its message for you this summer season. It is truly a magical path. \nBring a YOGA MAT\, water bottle\, layers of clothing and a blanket if you wish\, and an open mind to experience a beautiful natural setting overlooking our valley. \nPREPAID REGISTRATION REQUIRED (no drop ins allowed) as space is limited to 15 participants. Open to adults 18+ years of age. No pets please. Detailed directions on how to reach my home by 6:00 am\, will be sent 2 days prior via email to all who have registered – so please watch for that information. I am located 10 minutes east of Heber’s Main Street. \nOur practice will begin promptly at 6:00am – so plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. \nIn case of inclement weather – I will text you by 5:00am that morning and refund payments. \nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:FREE SUNRISE YOGA PRACTICE IN THE LABYRINTH TO GREET THE SUMMER SOLSTICE! Join me on Wednesday\, June 21 for an early morning\, gentle yoga practice in my labyrinth overlooking the Heber Valley and Mount Timpanogos. We will greet the sun and welcome the Summer Solstice.  It’s a beautiful setting to gather EARLY (sunrise is actually 5:55am that day!) and greet the new season together. \nBring a crystal or stone to leave for the labyrinth walkers\, and your yoga mat to place on the earth surrounding the labyrinth. \nCoffee and tea served after practice.  RSVP  “Going” by emailing me at martyharger1@gmail.com. I will return with email directions and the gate code to get to my home on the 20th – so please watch for that info on your EMAIL. \nNOTE: My home is 15 minutes drive east of Heber’s Main Street.  Please plan to arrive by 5:45 am to park and get settled for yoga practice at 6:00 am sunrise.  My driveway is steep\, so you may need to park on the street below and walk up with your yoga mat :-) \n  \n
