SUMMARY:Yoga on the Lawn at the Blue Boar Inn
DESCRIPTION:Join me for a gentle yoga practice on the lawn and under the trees at the beautiful Blue Boar Inn in Midway\, Utah.  Come  few minutes early to get setttled and enjoy the sounds of the surrounding\, natural setting. After our practice\, we’ll enjoy beautiful citrus water and the opportunity for conversation together! You may want to consider staying at the Blue Boar for their fabulous dinner offerings as well —maybe have someone drop you off for yoga and meet you afterward for an early meal in their lovely restaurant! A perfect way to wrap up your late afternoon and leave feeling wonderful! \nI am a Guest Instructor on behalf of Kelley Ingols\, who usually teaches this weekly practice.  This yoga program is offered as a donation-based class via cash or Venmo (if you choose) to the instructor. \nPlease remember to bring your yoga mat\, and a few layers in case it is cooler in the shade in the hills of the Wasatch Mountains.  Parking is available across from the Blue Boar Inn or on the street. \nHope to see you there!
