DESCRIPTION:Rise and SHINE! Registration is open for my next SUNRISE YOGA in the LABYRINTH – Wednesday morning\, August 2nd. Limited space available\, so sign up right away if you’re interested! \nExperience an outdoor yoga practice at sunrise by my labyrinth in Heber City\, overlooking Mount Timpanogos. During the gentle practice I will lead to start your day\, you’ll take in the fresh air\, sounds of nature\, incredible valley views and meet new friends. After practice\, I’ll serve a light breakfast with coffee and tea. Then take this opportunity to walk the labyrinth\, alone\, in silence to receive its message for you this summer season. \nBring a YOGA MAT\, water bottle\, layers of clothing and an open mind to experience a beautiful natural setting overlooking our valley.  \nREGISTRATION REQUIRED as space is limited to 15 participants. DESCRIPTION:Join me for a gentle yoga practice on the lawn and under the trees at the beautiful Blue Boar Inn in Midway\, Utah.  Come  few minutes early to get setttled and enjoy the sounds of the surrounding\, natural setting. After our practice\, we’ll enjoy beautiful citrus water and the opportunity for conversation together! You may want to consider staying at the Blue Boar for their fabulous dinner offerings as well —maybe have someone drop you off for yoga and meet you afterward for an early meal in their lovely restaurant! A perfect way to wrap up your late afternoon and leave feeling wonderful! \nI am a Guest Instructor on behalf of Kelley Ingols\, who usually teaches this weekly practice.  This yoga program is offered as a donation-based class via cash or Venmo (if you choose) to the instructor. \nPlease remember to bring your yoga mat\, and a few layers in case it is cooler in the shade in the hills of the Wasatch Mountains.  Parking is available across from the Blue Boar Inn or on the street. \nHope to see you there!

DESCRIPTION:FREE SUNRISE YOGA PRACTICE IN THE LABYRINTH TO GREET THE SUMMER SOLSTICE! Join me on Wednesday\, June 21 for an early morning\, gentle yoga practice in my labyrinth overlooking the Heber Valley and Mount Timpanogos. We will greet the sun and welcome the Summer Solstice.  It’s a beautiful setting to gather EARLY (sunrise is actually 5:55am that day!) and greet the new season together. \nBring a crystal or stone to leave for the labyrinth walkers\, and your yoga mat to place on the earth surrounding the labyrinth. \nCoffee and tea served after practice.  RSVP  “Going” by emailing me at martyharger1@gmail.com. I will return with email directions and the gate code to get to my home on the 20th – so please watch for that info on your EMAIL. \nNOTE: My home is 15 minutes drive east of Heber’s Main Street.  Please plan to arrive by 5:45 am to park and get settled for yoga practice at 6:00 am sunrise.  My driveway is steep\, so you may need to park on the street below and walk up with your yoga mat :-) \n  \n
