It is a powerful energetic turning point for celebrating growth\, embracing abundance\, and manifesting intentions. This “standing still” of the sun invites a balance of high-energy action with inner reflection and nurturing.” \nExperience the beauty and relaxation offered during our small-group\, outdoor Sound Bath experience as sunset approaches in Heber City\, overlooking Mount Timpanogos. Let your mind unwind and your body relax as you lie under the mountain sky at dusk and take in the sounds that Abbi offers. At the conclusion on the Sound Bath\, we’ll all join in lighting and placing candles in my labyrinth where each guest will have a private\, candlelit opportunity to walk the labyrinth and conclude their evening in silence. You’ll follow the labyrinth path guided by candlelight to the center and back out\, as the stars glow above and the valley lights twinkle below. \nThis is a deeply relaxing and unique evening opportunity to explore the healing impact Abbi offers during her Sound Bath\, and to begin to integrate any insights as you walk the labyrinth’s path\, receiving its message for you this summer season. \nAs you await your labyrinth walk\, you’ll be invited into Marty’s home for fresh fruit and iced tea while you get a chance to make new friends . \nBring a blanket and yoga mat to lay on\, a light jacket\, and an open mind to experience a wonderful evening under the stars in a beautiful natural setting overlooking our valley. \nPREPAID REGISTRATION REQUIRED (no drop ins allowed) as space is limited to just 12 participants. Through shamanic energy work\, sound healing\, and nervous system-based practices\, she supports the release of stored energy so the system can naturally restore balance. \nShe is deeply passionate about creating space where you can release\, rest\, and remember your wholeness—gently reconnecting with the essence of who you are and have always been. \nHer path blends both training and initiation since 2017. She is a certified Sound Practitioner\, 200-hour Yoga Teacher\, and trained in Yoga Nidra\, as well as a teacher of sound healing and shamanic guiding. DESCRIPTION:Gentle yoga\, light breakfast and an opportunity for a private labyrinth walk. \nExperience an outdoor yoga practice at sunrise by the private labyrinth I created in Heber City\, overlooking Mount Timpanogos. During the gentle practice I will lead to start your day\, you’ll take in the fresh air\, sounds of nature\, incredible valley views and meet new friends. After practice\, I’ll serve a light breakfast with coffee and tea. Each attendee will take this opportunity to enjoy a silent\, walking meditation in my labyrinth\, alone\, to receive its message for you this summer season. It is truly a magical path. \nBring a YOGA MAT\, water bottle\, layers of clothing and a blanket if you wish\, and an open mind to experience a beautiful natural setting overlooking our valley. \n$25 PER PERSON PREPAID REGISTRATION REQUIRED (no drop ins allowed) as space is limited to 15 participants.
